User Responsibility

Payment, Credits & Disputes

Purchases of credits or digital services are delivered immediately and may be consumed instantly by your account. As a result, credit purchases are generally non-refundable.

In case of billing issues, you agree to contact us first before initiating a dispute with your bank or payment provider. Fraudulent or abusive chargebacks may result in account suspension.
